How to Book
Please refer to Sharesy or Canvas Events for direct contact with the venue. Deposits are required and managed by the venue directly post booking. Set-up and take-down are inclusive of the hourly rate (confirm directly with venue). Event organisers are responsible for arranging all chairs and furniture to be put out and returned to original condition/positions. House Rules: Arrive no more than 15 minutes before start time, wait at the front entrance or gates for a member of staff, no vaping, no alcohol ever, ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site.
