How to book
Bookings are handled through Sharesy (link available on Hornsey Vale Community Centre website). Recommend booking 3 months in advance for desired date and time. Charity and regular booker discounts available on request. Reduced rates for not-for-profit Grassroots activities run by locals during off-peak times. Discounted rates on occasional hire for registered charities. Partnerships for community groups that are free or token-charged to participants. A cleaning fee of £90 applies for events/parties starting or ongoing after 6pm, or with 50 or more guests. For all other parties/events, cleaning can be arranged at a cost of £90. Maximum party length of 5 hours, maximum 80 guests, and a finishing time of 8pm. Arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start time. No member of staff on site during your booking; contact venue for issues. No smoking, no vaping. Bring your own bags and take your rubbish away with you. Leave promptly after your event and leave the space as you found it. Alcohol must be approved by the venue. Filming is more expensive; contact for commercial rate card.
