The Goldington Reading & Recreation Rooms, built in 1904 and refurbished in 2018, is a charity-run village hall. It is suitable for a variety of occasions such as societies and clubs, support groups, baby play groups, wellness activities (yoga, reiki, tai chi, meditation), creative and crafting groups, dance and musical classes/rehearsals, trainings, business presentations, public meetings, polling stations, children's birthday parties (especially with small bouncy castles or soft play), christenings, and wakes.

How to book
Hire fees are payable upfront, in full, via BACS. For long-term and recurring bookings, an invoice is issued monthly. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Currently unable to accept single (one-off) bookings. No time allowance for setting up before the start of the booking and clearing up after it finishes; the venue is only available for the time stated in the booking. Hirer must be over 18 years of age.
