Cannot accept bookings for parties for 13-18 year olds. Cannot accept bookings extending past 8 p.m. except from residents of the Parish, their families, or persons personally recommended by a Parish resident. Commercial hirers require a copy of public liability insurance and may need to make their own enquiries regarding a PRS (Performing Right Society) Licence for copyright music. The hire period includes time needed for preparation and clearing up. Adequate time should be allowed to vacate the hall at or before the end of the hire period.
