How to Book

To make a booking or enquire about hiring, use the contact details provided (phone or website). Hire deposit of £100 (or the full cost of the hire fee if less than £100) payable on submission of the Hiring Agreement. Non-returnable unless 6 weeks' notice of cancellation is given. A refundable deposit is payable no less than 14 days prior to the hire date. This deposit, less costs for damage, exceptional cleaning, or overrun, is repaid within 14 days. £100 refundable deposit for booking all facilities on Saturday or Sunday for large functions and for commercial bookings of more than 2 hours on any day. A cleaning deposit of £35 may be required for larger functions. An additional charge of £5 will be added for the use of a bouncy castle. If the hirer wishes to use the grounds and approval is given, a charge for preparation of the grounds may apply, to be informed at the time of booking. The full fee less any deposit is payable no less than 14 days prior to your hire date. Hirers must adhere to the Terms and Conditions provided in a booklet. Venue requires DJs, entertainers, and other third parties to provide evidence of valid Public Liability Insurance and recent In-Service Inspection and Testing (PAT Testing) for electrical equipment. Specific hourly or daily hire fees are not publicly listed. Hirers will be informed of the charge at the time of booking.
