How to Book
Provisional booking enquiries can be made via the website. The Lettings Secretary will confirm availability and guide through forms and payment. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from the Lettings Secretary. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking, the amount at the discretion of the Lettings Secretary. Full payment for the hire fee is due 28 days before the event; otherwise, the booking may be cancelled. Short notice bookings (less than 28 days) require full payment upfront. Payments are made electronically via BACS; cheques or cash are not accepted. Cancellation by the Hirer within 28 days of the event will incur 50% of the Hire charge. Notification of cancellation should be sent to [email protected]. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. It is returned in full after inspection if there is no damage, loss, or extra cleaning required, and all terms and conditions are met. Additional charges may apply for excessive damage or extra work.
