About
The Burghfield Community Sports Association (BCSA) opened in July 2009 and is a family friendly sports and social club with over 300 members. It is situated in the country in Berkshire near Reading and has over 15 acres of grounds. The main premises comprise a large ballroom with stage, a spacious lounge and a Sports Bar. There is also a Skittles Alley and Snooker Room. Three key sports are played here: Squash (two courts), Bowls (full green), and Football. Indoor activities include Skittles, Darts, Snooker, and Pool. The dance floor in the ballroom is one of the largest in the area, providing regular dancing for Ballroom, Sequence, Jive, Rock n Roll, disco and other. The stage is ideal for plays, pantomimes, shows and live bands. An onsite catering service can cater for most events, making it ideal for wedding receptions, birthday parties, anniversaries, family events, company or business events including meetings, annual conferences and training events. Outside, the grounds have hosted dog shows, horticulture shows, Honda bike events, tournaments, fetes, and car boot sales.

How to Book
The charges are detailed on the Booking Form. The terms and Conditions can be found here. A refundable deposit of £150 (£300 If an 21st, or younger, birthday party) is to be paid at the time of returning the hiring agreement, in advance of booking. This deposit will be returned after the event providing no damage has been caused. For bookings outside of normal opening hours please ask for a quote. Charitable events should also request a quote. Bar Extensions are £40 per half hour. Check calendar for availability and contact BCSA to confirm and book.
