The Great Hollands Pavilion is available for one-off hires, including children's and family birthday parties, wedding receptions, funeral wakes, anniversary celebrations, and other special occasions. It is not available for parties for those aged 13 to 21, inflatables, ticketed events, smoke/bubble machines, scooters, bicycles, Nerf Guns, ball sports, fireworks, or mobile food vendors. Onsite facilities include a café, sports changing rooms, children's play area, synthetic ball court, tennis courts, ball games area, senior grass football pitches, and a splash pad. A purpose-built barbeque is available for public use.

How to Book
Provisional bookings can be made via an online link, after which a bookings administrator will be in touch. Viewings are by appointment only. Full payment is due ten days before the date of hire. Payments can be made via bank transfer or a payment page; phone payments are not accepted. Bookings will be cancelled if the deposit response is not received within 48 hours, or if the form and payment are not received within 7 days. Hire charges are effective from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 and will rise by 5% from 1st April 2026.
