A large community hall with dimensions of 13.3m x 7m. It is available for one-off hires, children's and family birthday parties, wedding receptions, funeral wakes, anniversary celebrations, and other special occasions. Minimum hire duration is 3 hours (including set-up and clear-up time). Operating hours are from 9:00 AM daily, with vacating times of 9:00 PM Sunday-Thursday and 10:00 PM Friday-Saturday. Alcohol may be served for private functions; a TENS licence is required if alcohol is to be sold. Decorations are permitted with blue tack only (no tape). Biodegradable confetti only (no foil or glitter). Noise levels to be monitored by the hirer. Restrictions include: not available for parties for those aged 13 to 21, no inflatables, no ticketed events, no smoke/bubble machines, no scooters, no bicycles, no Nerf Guns, no ball sports inside, no fireworks, and no mobile food vendors.
