How to Book
Bookings can be made online via their dedicated portal: https://hallbookingonline.com/grovebuildingmere/calendar.php. The process involves checking availability, reviewing Conditions of Hire (on 'Documentation page' of the booking portal), and submitting a provisional enquiry via email to [email protected]. Upon provisional acceptance, a booking form must be completed online or as a PDF. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of forms and full payment at least two full weeks prior to the event date. Acceptance of Conditions of Hire is mandatory. Do not apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) until booking is approved. While generally first-come, first-served, priority may be given to other groups at the discretion of the Grove Management Team.
