How to Book
Enquiry via online Event Request Form on the Silton Village website or by contacting the Secretary. Occasional hirers are invoiced on acceptance of booking. Hire periods are sessional (morning, afternoon, or evening). A retainer fee of £100 is required (refundable after satisfactory inspection). Full payment is required on receipt of invoice. Additional charges for cleaning, waste disposal, or repairs may be deducted from the retainer. Regular hirers are invoiced monthly in arrears. Cancellation Policy: More than 14 days notice results in a full refund of booking fees and retainer. Less than 14 days notice means booking fees will not normally be refunded. The committee reserves the right to cancel any booking with notice via email, returning hiring charge and deposit, for improper/unauthorised use, polling station requirement, or force majeure. The committee is not liable for hirer's incurred losses.
