Guildford Register Office (Artington House) will be closing from November 2026. Ceremony bookings are being accepted for dates until 31 October 2026. Existing bookings will proceed as planned. The house is south-facing, set in its own grounds in a semi-rural location, and retains some original features including fireplaces. The building's classic façade and maintained gardens provide a backdrop for photographs.

Bookings can be made up to two years before the ceremony date, on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment by debit/credit card is required at booking. The booking process takes 10-15 minutes. Ceremony times are generally between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Sunday. Times outside these hours may be available with additional fees.
