How to Book
To book, individuals should first check suitability and availability using the online enquiry form or by contacting the Bookings Secretary. A full Booking Application Form must then be completed, and the Conditions of Hire read and accepted. The completed form, along with a cheque for the hire charge (and potentially a deposit), should be sent to the address provided on the form. The Bookings Secretary will send a copy of the accepted form. Availability is from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM, all week. Session times are Morning (09:00 AM - 01:00 PM), Afternoon (01:30 PM - 05:30 PM), and Evening (06:00 PM - 11:30 PM). Hirers must adhere strictly to these times, allowing for tidying up. Full Terms and Conditions are available on their website, and compliance is required. Pricing is valid until 30th September 2025 and subject to change from 1st October 2025.
