Management of the village hall for letting the hall and furniture to the public for private events, meetings and classes, to meet maintenance and improvement costs. The hall is run by a committee of volunteers and has been lovingly maintained in a traditional style. Various documents including Conditions of Hire are available and must be read. The local rate for Hambleden Village Hall is available to residents of Hambleden, Pheasants Hill, Rotten Row and Mill End (excluding Skirmett and Frieth).

How to book
Step 1: Email [email protected] with requirements (date, time, brief description) or call Carole on 01428 683 588. Step 2: After confirmation from Carole, use the 'HIRER LOGIN' button on the website (desktop or via MENU on smartphone). Choose 'BOOK WITHOUT REGISTERING' and add a NEW BOOKING in the calendar, completing the form with contact and event details. Step 3: The booking will be sent to the Village Hall Booking Team for review and approval. Provisional bookings may be deleted if Carole has not been contacted previously. Step 4: The hirer will receive an email with an invoice and online payment details. A link to a Google Form for the Hirer Agreement will also be provided. Step 5: Upon receipt of payment and a completed Hirer Agreement form, a confirmation email with hall access details will be sent. Ensure enough time is booked for setup and clearing up. Make payment by bank transfer by the weekend before the event.
