How to Book
To enquire, complete and send the booking form (photograph acceptable) with fees to the booking secretary. Booking is not finalised until confirmed by the booking secretary. Payment is by bank transfer only; credit cards are not accepted. The balance of charges must be paid at least 7 days before the function date, or hiring is liable to cancellation. Bookings for 18th or 21st birthday parties are not accepted. Hirers are responsible for leaving the Hall and kitchen in a clean and tidy state, stacking chairs and tables neatly, sweeping the hall, ensuring all doors are closed, veranda and front doors locked, lights switched off, and the key returned to the key safe.
