How to book
Single Hires: Complete the online Booking Form. Check the availability calendar. Booking will be double-checked and confirmed. Read Hire Tariff and Terms and Conditions. Payment required before the event (bank transfer, details on Booking Form). Regular Hires: Complete the online Booking Form. Read Hire Tariff and Terms and Conditions (including cancellation policy). Instructors need to provide insurance policy details and current DBS certification. Payment required at the beginning of the series (invoiced quarterly or monthly). Payment by BACS online direct into bank account (details on Booking Form). Refer to website 'Bookings' page for online form. Restrictions: Alcohol, drugs, and smoking (including e-cigarettes) are strictly forbidden. No adult entertainment of a sexual nature. Cannot be used for unlawful activities. No sub-hiring or use for activities other than for children's use or exclusively organized by children. Use of bubble/smoke machines with discos is strictly forbidden. No pins or nails to be used to attach decorations to walls/windows. Centre must not be left unlocked and unattended. Hirer must be over 18 years of age and either a leader of an organized youth organization, or a parent/carer/guardian. No group of young people without a responsible adult present.
