How to Book
To book, read the Terms & Conditions and Hire Tariff (including Cancellation Policy and Privacy Notice) on the website. Confirm availability and cost by contacting [email protected] or using the CONTACT form. Once confirmed, complete and submit the online Booking Form. The Bookings Secretary will confirm acceptance, and the Treasurer will send an invoice for BACS payment. Regular hirers are welcome weekly, fortnightly, or school term basis; contact the Treasurer / Bookings Secretary at 01935 829513 or [email protected]. On the day of the event, a committee member will open and close the hall, providing a building tour and fire evacuation procedures for first-time hirers.
