How to Book
To check availability, make a provisional booking, or view important documentation (Conditions of Hire, Hire Charges), visit the Calendar, How to Book, and Documentation pages on their website. A minimum of 30 minutes should be left between bookings for cleaning. Hirers are expected to leave the hall in the condition they found it. If alcohol is to be sold or consumed, specific 'Information Regarding the use of Alcohol in the Parish Hall' must be read. If an alcohol license form requires signing by the Management Committee, the Secretary needs the paperwork in advance. An invoice will be sent after booking approval, due for payment no less than 7 days following receipt. Block bookers receive a monthly invoice due within 7 days.
