How to Book
To book, check availability (allowing one hour between functions for caretaking). Email [email protected] to request a booking form. A deposit is required via bank transfer, and the signed booking form must be returned by email once the deposit is paid. The entire booking fee is required one calendar month before the function, in addition to the deposit. Setting up and clearing up times MUST be included in your hired hours. The caretaker will open and close at designated access time; keys are only provided if leaving the hall empty after opening. Alcohol may be brought in but MUST NOT BE SOLD unless a license is obtained from Hounslow Borough Council. Saturday bookings start from 4 pm and must finish by 10 pm, leaving the hall by 11 pm sharp. Sunday bookings start from 9 am and must finish by 9 pm, leaving the hall by 10 pm sharp.
