How to Book
All lettings require a completed and signed booking form by someone over 18 years old. For regular bookings, hirer must provide a copy of their Safeguarding Policy or agree to follow St. Dunstan's Policy. Bookings need to be paid for in advance, with invoices available for regular bookings (payment within 30 days). Hirers are responsible for removing all rubbish & recycling and leaving the Centre clean and tidy. Priority is given to bookings by Church groups for Church events. The Church Hall has specific booking availability: Weekday slots available on Tuesday afternoons. Saturday and Sunday afternoons are usually booked for events like birthday parties or family gatherings. Early booking advised. Contact Chris (Hall Manager) on [email protected] or 07942 356245 for Church Hall bookings. The Parish Office operates on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 am to 12:30 pm.
