How to Book
These are guide prices only and may depend on the event planned. Contact the booking clerk to discuss requirements. A deposit is required. Cancellation policy is at the discretion of the Headcorn Village Hall Management Committee if a replacement booking cannot be concluded. Full refund if premises are required for polling, become unfit, or for emergency shelter. The hirer is responsible for leaving the premises and surrounding area clean and tidy, properly locked and secured. Contents temporarily removed must be replaced. Additional charges may apply for non-compliance. All equipment and property (other than stored equipment) must be removed at the end of each hiring or daily fees will be charged. Headcorn Village Hall accepts no responsibility for stored or left equipment.
