The hirer is responsible for leaving the premises and surrounding area clean and tidy, properly locked and secured. Contents temporarily removed must be replaced. Additional charges may apply for non-compliance. All equipment and property (other than stored equipment) must be removed at the end of each hiring or daily fees will be charged. Headcorn Village Hall accepts no responsibility for stored or left equipment.
