How to Book

Bookings should be made via the Henbury Village Hall website (www.henburyvillagehall.org/make-booking). A booking deposit of £50.00 is immediately payable to secure the booking, deducted from the final balance. Payment link sent via text or email, must be paid within 7 days or provisional booking is cancelled. The total Hire Fee less Booking Deposit is payable not less than 14 days prior to the event date. Unpaid balances within 14 days may result in cancellation. Payment link sent via text or email, BACS, cash, or cheque by prior arrangement. If the hirer cancels after Balance Payment, the Hall will re-advertise. If re-let, a refund up to the rebooked fee will be offered. Facilities must be left in a clean and tidy condition; otherwise, an appropriate cleaning fee will be deducted from the damage deposit. A maximum of 4 bags of rubbish can be left in venue bins; all other rubbish must be removed by the hirer.
