How to Book
Available for hire by the hour, day, or evening. Check the online calendar for specific dates. Booking process: View Calendar for availability, Read Important Documents (Booking Fees & Hire Contract, Booking Form & Venue Information, Hub Rules, Risk Assessment), Fill out the Online Booking Form. Booking enquiries are responded to within 7 days by volunteer management team. Deposit of £100 required within 14 days of booking confirmation (or minimum 48 hours prior for last-minute bookings). Full payment due according to invoice payment terms. Hirer must be 18 years or older. For private events: Complete Online Booking Form, provide Copy of Public Liability Insurance for third-party contractors (e.g., disco), Copy of Food Hygiene Certificate for professional caterers. For public events: Complete Online Booking Form, Provide Site Plan, Risk Assessment, Programme of Activity. Local concessions and multi-day concessions are available. A charge may be incurred for accessing anything not pre-booked or for setting off the alarm/calling the Hub hire team to an event. Feel free to arrange a viewing; weekly coffee mornings on Thursdays (10 am - 12 pm) are an opportunity to see the facilities.
