How to Book

Provisional bookings are held for 10 days, during which the Hirer must complete and submit an official booking form to the Hillcrest Community Centre Reception office or via email to [email protected]. Bookings can be made by telephone, in person, or email. Advance bookings are accepted but are provisional until the signed booking form is returned. Weekend bookings require a 50% deposit upon completion and return of the booking form. Invoices are sent in advance, with payment due within 30 days of the invoice date. Cancellations must be reported to the Hillcrest Community Centre in writing 14 days prior to the hire date. Failure to do so will result in the Hirer being required to pay for the booking in full. The Hirer must be over 18 years of age and is responsible for the administration, organization, conduct, and behavior of attendees. The Hillcrest Community Partnership (HCP) reserves the right to refuse hire applications if the use is deemed detrimental to equal opportunity or breaches HCP policy or legal requirements. The Hirer must not sublet the premises. HCP has discretion to restrict attendee numbers, which must not exceed set limits. Admittance is not permitted before the booking start time, and all persons must leave by the agreed finish time.
