Downloadable booking form and terms and conditions from Newhaven Town Council website. Applications for hire by casual users must be sponsored by a person not less than 25 years of age, who must remain on the premises throughout the entire period of hire. Check availability on the Newhaven Town Council website. General conditions: The Council reserves the right to refuse hire. Hirer is responsible for all damage. Hirers must conform strictly to booked hours. No equipment storage without prior consent. All lights and heaters must be extinguished, and doors/windows secured. Hirers must appoint Stewards with hand lamps and a First Aid Box. Premises must be left clean and tidy, and all rubbish removed. No nuisance to neighbours by excessive noise or unruly behaviour. No smoking permitted inside the premises.
