How to Book

Bookings can be made by telephone or email. A Booking Confirmation letter will be sent in duplicate, and the hirer must return a signed copy to the Parish Office to confirm. Provisional bookings are not accepted. Payment will be notified via an invoice. For occasional hirers with five or fewer sessions, payment must be made at least 14 days prior to the event. For bookings with less than seven days' notice, full payment is required immediately by bank transfer. Late payments may incur a £5 per week administration fee. Payments can be made by bank transfer. Credit or debit card payments are currently not accepted. Full refund for cancellations made 28 days or more prior to the event, with written notification. Hirers must be 18 years or older. Bookings are not taken for parties or events specifically for persons between 13 and 21 years. Setting up and packing away times must be included in your booking. Anyone wishing to hold an event on the main field at Holbrook Tythe Barn should notify North Horsham Parish Council at least two months before the event date. Hire charges are determined by the Parish Council and reviewed annually, coming into effect on April 1st each year. A tiered pricing structure offers discounts for community and charity users.
