To book, read the 'Terms and Conditions of Hire', 'Hire Charges', and 'General Rules Governing the use of Holne Village Hall'. Check availability on the online calendar, then fill in the 'New Booking' form or email villagehallholne@gmail.com for an email booking form. Ensure enough time is booked for setup and clearing up. Booking requests and payment should be with the booking clerk by the weekend before the event. For alcohol licenses, paperwork must be submitted to the Administrator before the monthly Management Committee meeting (usually first Monday of the month). A confirmation email with key safe code and other hire details will be sent.
