Holt Village Hall, also known as Holt Parish Hall, is managed by a committee of local volunteers and is a registered charity. Funds generated from hiring the hall are used for its upkeep. The hall and its adjacent Village Green are managed by the National Trust, with the Trustees of Holt Village Hall renting the hall from them. The hall has a maximum capacity of 120 people.

How to Book
The hall is available for hire in three sessions each day: morning, afternoon, and evening. To book, a completed booking form (available on the website) is required. Email enquiries are welcome, but bookings are not confirmed until a completed form is received and the full hire charge is paid. As the hall is run by volunteers, emails will be responded to within 48 hours. Hire charges are available on application; please contact for details. Additional services such as catering, room set-up, and 'after event' clean-up can be provided. Note that barbeques and hog roasts are not permitted inside or in the car park, and stiletto heels or other shoes that may damage the wooden floors are not allowed.
