How to Book
Discounts available for regular hirers, charities, and local not-for-profit clubs. Due to limited team capacity, complex requests for one-off hires cannot be accommodated. Prospective hirers are encouraged to view facilities before committing to hire. Viewing slots: Tuesdays 8:30-9am, Thursdays 1-1:30pm, Sundays 12:30-1pm (reserve on enquiry). Hirers are responsible for leaving the hall clean and tidy, and removing rubbish. A returnable deposit is paid when the hall is first booked. The PCC reserves the right to refuse permission for hire for purposes not deemed suitable for Church premises. Hirers must complete a booking form and hire agreement. If providing activities for young people under 16 or vulnerable adults, a Safeguarding Policy must be provided and complied with.
