How to book

To book any of the spaces, please go to their Sharesy page. For queries about availability or booking, email [email protected]. A booking form is also available on the website to send to the Parish Office. Hire charges should be paid at the time of booking via the Sharesy site. Refer to Sharesy Terms and Conditions for cancellation policy. House Rules: Do not arrive before your booked time. Key safe for the main hall, keypad for smaller rooms; keys must be returned to keypad after event. No smoking or vaping. Alcohol consumption or sale requires prior arrangement and approval. No nails, screws, bolts etc. may be driven into walls. No equipment, furniture, structures, decorative lighting, posters, placards, or notices may be taken into or displayed outside without prior arrangement. Bookings must end by 11 pm (later by arrangement). All property must be removed before the end of the authorised use period. Children must never be allowed in the kitchen. Parties for children and young people must be supervised by at least two responsible adults at all times. Noise made by children and young people must be kept to a reasonable level, and use of outside areas to the front of the property must be prevented. No member of staff will be on-site during your booking. A venue contact will be provided for issues.
