How to Book

Booking time includes setup and clearaway. Payment due at least 7 days in advance of any booking; for weekly bookings, by the start of each month. Payment methods: electronic transfer, cash, cheque (payable to Horsham Quaker Meeting). Invoices and receipts can be issued if required. Access via keypad system (details provided during initial tour). Supervisors responsible for securing the building. Supervisor's responsibility to ensure adequate first aid cover for their group. Supervisors must familiarize themselves with fire notices, extinguisher positions, and be responsible for raising alarm/evacuating. Hirers must have necessary insurances (public liability, personal injury, damage to Meeting House/property); Warden may check. Hirer responsible for compliance with child protection legislation and necessary checks for adults working with children/young people; children must be adequately supervised. Prohibited activities: consumption of alcohol, consumption of illegal drugs, smoking inside the building. Hirer details held on database for accounting, auditing, marketing, not passed to third parties. Booking form must be signed confirming acceptance of conditions. Hire policy available on website.
