The centre is a versatile local venue used for community activities, social gatherings, parties, and family events, run by a dedicated charity. Furniture and equipment must be treated with care at all times and any damage must be reported to staff or volunteers. The site is non-smoking; smoking is not permitted anywhere on site. In the event of a fire, use the nearest fire exit. A scheduled fire alarm test is on Friday at 10 am; if the alarm sounds at another time, exit the building quickly as the fire brigade will attend automatically. Inns Court Community & Family Centre will be excused, with no liability, from not performing contractual obligations due to unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather, blanket illness).

How to Book
Payment for hire must be paid in full at least 1 week in advance of hire. This payment should be made online, unless extenuating circumstances agreed by management. Hire cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to full charge. Contact the Centre to hire. Parties MUST finish 30 minutes before the end of the booking time to enable clear, clean and tidy the room. Organisers can choose to have setup time (e.g., 15-30 minutes) after their booking starts. The space must be left clean and tidy following the hire. All excess rubbish should be taken with you.
