How to Book
A booking form/email must be completed for room hire. All fees, deposits, and final invoices must be paid by the specified dates. Hirers may need to supply a program/timings of the event 7 days prior. Hirers are liable for any damage caused to the premises or property. Ivybridge Town Council does not accept responsibility for damage, theft, or loss of property brought onto the premises. Cancellation charges apply: 21-15 days notice incurs 25% room hire, 14-8 days incurs 50% room hire, and 7-0 days incurs 100% room hire.
