It is managed by Epping Town Council. The pavilion is accessible via Tidy's Lane, and Epping is conveniently located on the B1393 with access to the M11 (Junction 7) and M25 (Junction 26).

How to book
Minimum two-hour booking charge applies for the hire of both rooms. A minimum £40 charge is in operation for Sundays. A deposit of £30 is required to secure a booking, or the total cost if under £30.00. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the hire fee must be paid one month before the letting. If the letting is less than one month from the booking date, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. The balance of the hire fee is refundable only if more than one month's notice of cancellation is given or if the room(s) can be let to another hirer for the cancelled period. Hire charges effective from April 1, 2020. Additional charges for musical performances (PRS): Dances, discotheques, etc.: £7.15 per session plus VAT. Aerobics, keep fit, and dance classes: £3.10 per session plus VAT.
