Operating hours: Monday to Thursday (Term Time): 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM; Friday (Term Time): 10:00 AM - Midnight; School Holidays and Bank Holidays (Monday - Friday): 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM; Saturday: From 10:00 AM - Midnight; Sunday: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM. General availability is 24/7 for bookings (actual event times vary). Cancellation Policy: 7 days cooling-off period for a full refund (unless event is less than 21 days from purchase). More than 30 days notice: 80% refund. 21 to 30 days notice: 50% refund. Less than 21 days notice: No refund. Substitutions (alternative name or date/time) acceptable up to 21 days before the booked date.
