How to Book

Complete online booking enquiry form. Hall Manager will contact to discuss requirements and offer services. Booking secured upon payment of holding deposit. Full payment due 14 days after deposit or as advised. Security deposit required and refunded within 14 days post-event, less deductions. Hirer responsible for ensuring noise doesn't cause nuisance to local residents. Charities must enclose a letter-headed paper for discount qualification. Maximum capacity of 350 (seated banquet) or 450 (overall) must not be exceeded, or hire will be instantly terminated. Specify all decor to management when confirming booking due to restrictions. No pyrotechnics, confetti or confetti bombs, staples / nails / screws etc. No candles, only one tea light per table in a safe holder (LED candles allowed). Any damage is hirer's responsibility.
