How to Book

Bookings are typically for a two-hour period, which includes any time required for set-up and clearance, unless otherwise agreed. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the hire charge is required to reserve a date and time. The full balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the hire date. Payment can be made by cheque (payable to Mrs E M Ilsley), cash, or bank transfer. The venue is not currently VAT registered. A brochure and booking form with current hire prices are available upon request. Non-smoking venue (smokers requested to use area outside gates). Confetti not permitted. Venue and grounds must be kept clean and tidy. All belongings and rubbish must be removed at the end of hire.
