Standard 60-day cancellation policy with a grace period. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking (excluding events starting within 48 hours) receive a full refund. Cancellations 60 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations 60 to 30 days in advance receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
