How to book
Contact the Parish Office via phone or email to book. An e-mailable booking form and information are available. A 2 hour minimum charge may apply. An invoice is sent 5-6 weeks before the event. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the event by cheque. For short notice bookings, payment is due on receipt of invoice and before the event. Keys can be picked up from the Parish Council office (at the back of the village hall) in the week before the event, normally Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Call 01494 766655 to arrange a time. Keys should be placed in the letterbox at the front of the building or returned to the office 2-3 days after the event (call to arrange a time). VAT is NOT charged on the hire of the hall.
