Payment for hall to be made in full 14 days prior to event for bookings under 6 hours. Hall bookings over 6 hours require full payment 30 days prior to event. No refunds if notification not received: 14 days prior for bookings under 6 hours / 30 days prior for bookings over 6 hours.
