How to Book
All bookings must be made via the online Pre-Booking Form on the Bradley Stoke Town Council website. Do not phone or visit the office for new bookings as you will be asked to complete the online form. Enquiries are dealt with in date order of receipt. Minimum of 3 weeks' notice required for all new party and one-off bookings. Booked time must include time needed for setting up and clearing away. Hire charges and availability are available via downloadable Excel documents on the Bradley Stoke Town Council website for bookings from April 1st, 2025 to March 31st, 2027.
