How to book
Bookings Coordinator: Margaret Phillips or Gill Hughes. To book, check availability on the calendars page for desired date(s) and room(s). Telephone Margaret on 01594 530047 or email [email protected] with booking details. The Hall booking coordinator will review the booking. Booking is provisional until a signed booking form (two copies) and deposit are received. Send or take signed booking forms to Margaret Phillips, Llandogo Village Hall, Holmfield Drive, Llandogo, Monmouth, NP25 4TJ. One copy of the booking form will be returned as a receipt; the other will be retained. Booking becomes confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Full payment is due 4 weeks before the booked event.
