How to Book

Read Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges documents. Check availability on the calendar page. Click on 'New Booking' and fill in the form. Booking is provisional until confirmed by the Booking Secretary. An invoice will be received upon confirmation; payment accepted by all major credit cards. If the Hirer cancels giving less than one month's notice before the event date, the booking fee is non-refundable. Hirer is responsible for orderly behaviour of persons using the Hall, and for any liability arising from damage, loss or injury. Hall must be left clean and tidy. All rubbish (including bar and catering rubbish) must be removed by the Hirer. All lights and hot water must be turned off at the end of the event. Ensure all external doors are locked. Key collection details provided when booking. Groups advised to arrange liability insurance; individuals for parties advised to check household insurers.
