About
The Long Itchington Community Centre offers two primary spaces for hire: the Community Room and an adjoining Hall. The Community Room measures 28ft x 36ft and is equipped with stacking and folding tables, easy chairs, stacking chairs, display boards, a wall-mounted projection screen, and a portable screen. The Hall measures 43ft x 48ft and functions as the Primary School hall between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM during term-time. Both spaces have access to a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, sufficient toilets (including a disabled toilet), and car parking for over 50 cars, with an overflow car park available on request. There are also two disabled parking spaces and wheelchair access. The Centre's insurance arrangements include cover for those hiring and using the facility. Additional documents such as Risk Assessments, Instructions to Users, and a Safeguarding Statement are also available.

How to book
To make a booking or check availability, hirers should complete the booking form and contact the Parish Clerk. All bookings are made by arrangement with the Lettings Secretary. For one-off events, bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment at least one week prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed with the Lettings Secretary. Any necessary preparation time must be booked with the Lettings Secretary and will be charged at the normal rates. The Caretaker will have a copy of the booking and will meet the hirer on-site at the allotted time. A booking can be cancelled without charge if the Lettings Secretary receives 48 hours' notice.
