How to Book
To book, check availability on the online calendar. Complete Section 3 for specific bookings or Section 2 for general enquiries on the booking form. The volunteer bookings team aims to respond within 48 hours. All rooms in a single booking must be booked for the same duration. Children's parties require a minimum booking of 3 hours (for setup and clear up). Unable to accept adult parties from outside the village. No teenage parties. A fully refundable damages and breakages deposit is payable for one-off hires. Discounted package rates are available for Lympstone organisations and residents for wedding receptions and special events where the whole venue is hired; contact [email protected] for a quotation.
