How to Book
To make a booking, contact Sue Fry via phone or email to discuss requirements and availability. A hiring form with more details and terms & conditions is available. Bookings should ideally be submitted at least four weeks in advance, though shorter notice may be accepted at the Council's discretion. Four weeks' notice is required for cancellation, and the hirer is liable for the cost if cancelled within two weeks of the hiring date.
