Check availability on live calendars, then use the online booking form to email the Bookings Manager. State purpose, date(s), fully inclusive time, name, phone, and postal address. Payments to be made directly into their charity account at Lloyds Bank (over the counter or BACS). Full refund if more than 24 hours' notice is given in writing by emailing the Bookings Manager and quoting invoice number. Fully inclusive time booked MUST include time to set up and clear away. Regular weekly bookings may be charged at a lower, negotiable rate. Discounts may be applied for all-day hire. Good availability during daytimes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends. Generous discounts for loyal regular users, subsidised rates for new groups during a start-up period, 10% off next booking for previous hirers, 10% off first booking for friends recommended by previous hirers, and 50% discount for many charitable causes for Church Cottage bookings.
