How to Book

Bookings are managed via the Hallmaster booking system. Provisional bookings can be made online and confirmed by the bookings officer, who will then raise an invoice. All payments must be made in full at least 10 days before the event. A damage deposit of £50 is required and returned after inspection. Restrictions include: no parties for 14-21 year olds; hirer must be over 21 and onsite; no admission prior to booked time; no smoking; hall must be cleared by 11:45 PM (Mon-Sat) or 10:30 PM (Sun); hirer responsible for cleaning rooms and equipment; rubbish must be placed in commercial bin (one bag per booking) or taken away; chairs stacked, tables put away; noise levels reasonable; only hired rooms used; playgroup equipment not to be used; only 'Tea' light candles in suitable containers allowed; no silly string or ball games. Exclusive entire hall hire is available at £45 per hour for occasional private hire.
