MC Motors is an East London warehouse in Dalston, part of Castle Gibson company. The largest room was originally part of an adjacent school, and the space was adjoined by a skylighted roof after wartime bombing, with a Victorian street running through the middle. It has previously been a boiler maintenance depot, Metropolitan Waterboard office, and car mechanics. It features an industrial-chic aesthetic with exposed brickwork and textured walls, a skylit roof providing natural daylight, full blackout capability, on-site parking, 3-phase power, Wi-Fi, a large selection of props and funky decor included in hire, different floor types (parquet, mezzanine, and oak boards), storage space, the ability to play your own music, steamer, iron, rails, hangers, iPod docks, and an outside area with shipping containers.
