How to book
Minimum booking time is 1 hour, followed by 15-minute increments. Booking includes setting up and clearing up time. A non-refundable holding deposit of 1/3 of the booking fee is required. If a booking is cancelled, 1/3 of the booking fee will be retained as a non-refundable deposit. Regular bookings are defined as repeated a minimum of 8 times per year, payable monthly in advance. MCA members receive a 10% discount on personal one-off events; this must be mentioned at the time of booking. Use of the PA system and projector incurs an additional charge; inquire when booking. The Main Hall's capacity can be increased by opening dividing doors to the Club Room. The Salwey Room has separate access and a connecting door to the Club Room.
